FANS have become excited for the first photo of the Beetlejuice sequel movie.
Warner Bros. released the first promotional image from the upcoming Tim Burton film.


The studio announced the summer release date on Instagram.
“Dare you to say it again,” the caption stated.
“Only in theaters September 6.”
In the poster, Beetlejuice (played by Michael Keaton) has a hands on a slim piece of paper with several number on it.
Warners originally wanted to push the theatrical release of the sequel to the 1988 classic, according to Deadline.
However, the director hit the date after finishing up last-minute shots after the Screen Actors Guild strike ended.
Filming initially wrapped in mid-July 2023 as a result of the actor’s strike, which was brought on by studios’ refusal to fairly pay actors and writers.
For the second installment, the Batman Returns actor reunites with the Edward Scissorhands filmmaker.
Joining the ensemble includes Jenna Ortega, Willem Dafoe, Monica Bellucci, and Justin Theroux.
‘THANK YOU’
About nine weeks ago, the Sleepy Hollow director shared an image of himself from the set of the supernatural comedy.
With black sunglasses covering his eyes, Tim sat in an large chair, next to an orange lamp.
“Just finished shooting Beetlejuice. Thank you to everyone involved,” he wrote.
THE COMMENTS
In the comments section, fans speculated the new title, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice 2024 A.D, teased a possible third installment.
“They gotta make a trilogy now. So his name is said three times,” a fan assumed.
“I love how it’s not called Beetlejuice 2 and called Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. I wonder if it means there will be a Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice,” another fan theorized.
“Beetlejuice! Beetlejuice! Beetlejuice!!!” a third fan repeated.
“This is a fantastic promotional poster. Love this! And can’t wait!!” a fourth person praised.
“Oh my god! Another Beetlejuice movie! YEEEEAH! That is so spooktacular awesome!” a commentator chimed.
STEALING FROM SET
In August 2023. Vermont residents became upset with their neighbors.
Members heir small-town community were stealing items from the local movie set where the movie was filmed.
Several residents of East Corinth, Vermont – close to the border of New Hampshire – complained about their fellow neighbors and blasted the thefts.
“It’s pathetic. It makes me sick,” Paula Lavallee told NBC 5.
Paula lived right near where the new Beetlejuice home was built for the second movie.
In addition to the thefts surrounding the set, several items were also stolen from Northeast Slopes, a nonprofit ski tow in the area.
“It’s a nonprofit. It’s run by volunteers. What is the matter with you? I hope people get karma,” Paula added.
Wade Pierson confirmed with the outlet that the items were stolen before volunteers were able to secure the items.
Sarah Polli, an East Corinth resident, also told the outlet that her family home was used in the original 1988 film and was used again for filming recently.
She complimented the crews that have been working in the town on the movie and mentioned she found them all to be “gracious and helpful.”
“I’ll miss them when they leave. I’ve really enjoyed having them here,” Sarah shared.
