HALLMARK’S Ryan Paevey announced that he is quitting his acting career in his latest social media post.
The 39-year-old actor replied to fans on X, formerly Twitter, who were asking when his next movie would be released.

Ryan, who has featured in 15 movies for the channel, said he is stepping away from acting in 2024.
The star also admitted he has no intentions to return to Hallmark over supposed “empty promises.”
A fan uploaded a screenshot from a Woman’s World story which revealed Ryan as the No. 1 rated Hallmark hunk.
Another fan responded and wondered when Ryan would return with a new movie as fans missed him.
“Sadly no word of a film…i may take 2024 off from filming, unless the project is with friends,” he responded.
“The last 8 months of life in this industry have left a pretty bitter taste in my mouth, and I need some time away from a world so full of fake friends and empty promises. I’m weary…
“I had a great run. I like my simple life in my shop, helping little bro, and frequent surfs,” he continued, referring to the fact that he opened a workshop in his home and hopes to share videos and content from it.
“I have much to be grateful for, I’ll figure out a way to stay afloat without acting income…who knows, maybe a film will come along. Insurance would be nice, haha,” he continued.
Admirers were left worried and begged Ryan for confirmation.
“Ryan, are you saying you do not want us to push for a movie with HM? So many on RP group are asking, almost demanding a movie. Will do whatever you want,” a concerned fan asked.
“I mean, I’d like to think the powers that be know I’d happily do another film if they wanted me to,” he responded directly.
“But I don’t know anymore…so I’m just gonna do life, and make plans, and work…and whatever happens happens,” he concluded.
SAD TIMES
Fans were left upset, but left supportive comments and well wishes.
“I know you have said in interviews that you felt you got really lucky into ones arc in doing things and I feel that luck will continue for you,” wrote one follower.
“Meanwhile, you have your workshop, family, surfing and many supportive fans. Enjoy life and the good things that are coming your way.”

“We do not want to go against your wishes but your fans are so eager for another movie. Don’t think Hallmark has taken into consideration the fallout from no more movies from you,” added another.
“Our group has 27,000 members. Many have already said they will leave Hallmark. They have lost me,” they concluded.
MOVING ON
Ryan has several fan groups across social media who share updates and follow the star closely.
The star most recently starred in Fourth Down and Love and Under the Christmas Sky in 2023 among several other Hallmark hits.
